Duo Wall Mount for Homematic IP
This specialized wall mount allows for the neat installation of two Homematic IP devices, either side-by-side or one above the other. The design replaces bulky standard frames with a sleek, integrated solution that blends perfectly into modern living spaces.
Function & Design
- Original Click System: The mount uses the original Homematic IP mounting geometry. The devices click in securely and sit firmly without wobbling.
- Tool-free Convenience: Insertion and removal are completely tool-free – ideal for quick battery changes.
- Tested Quality: The snap-in lugs were actually printed and intensively tested to guarantee reliable and durable hold.
- Flexible Layout: Mounting is possible both horizontally and vertically.
Compatibility (identical construction)
Perfectly fitting for all Homematic IP components in 55mm format:
- Wall Thermostats: ✔ HmIP-WTH-1 / WTH-2 / BWTH
- Wall Push-buttons: ✔ HmIP-WRC2 / WRC4 / WRC6 / WRC1
- Sensors: ✔ HmIP-STH / STHD / STHO
Mounting Instructions
- Attachment: The mount is fixed to the wall using screws or suitable adhesive pads (not included).
- Insertion: The devices are simply placed from above and snapped in from below.
- Removal: For battery replacement, gently loosen the device from below and pull it upwards (no tools required).
Print Instructions (Important)
For optimal results and a long mechanical lifespan, please note the following settings:
- Support Structures: Required (for the cutouts and snap-in lugs).
- Material: PLA or PETG.
- Recommendation: PETG offers higher flexibility and break resistance for the snap-in lugs during frequent disassembly (e.g., due to many battery changes).
- Orientation: Print lying flat on the back.
Tip: Due to its flat design, the mount protrudes significantly less than the original Homematic frame, providing a more modern look on your wall.
