Thanks to the Hybrid-Molle Standard (38 x 25 mm), it combines extreme stability for 3D-printed modules with the flexibility of classic tactical gear. 🎖️🧲
🧩 Modular Freedom: The Infinite-Grid-Principle
The system grows with your requirements. Connect the segments using the integrated tongue-and-groove system and secure them for a twist-resistant, rugged unit.
- Left & Right End-Caps: Heavy-duty mounts for rubberized 43 mm (1.69in x 0.23in) Neodymium magnets.
- Expansion Center-Piece: Add as many centerpieces as you need.
- Recommendation: Use 1–2 centerpieces for maximum magnetic performance (4 magnets = approx. 30 kg theoretical / 15 kg real vertical holding force).

- 🧲 Magnetic Force: Designed for rubberized 43x5.8 mm (1.69IN x 0.23IN) Neodymium magnets.
- 🔄 Snap-Lock Interface: Toolless fastening! Modules are slid into place and secured on the back by a TPU Locking Frame. Fast, secure, and silent. 🏗️✅
- 🛠️ Hybrid-Molle Standard: Optimized 38 x 25 mm grid for maximum stability in 3D-printing while maintaining compatibility with many standard Molle clips.
- 🏗️ Heavy-Duty Construction: A massive board design for uncompromising durability in harsh outdoor environments.
⚙️ Print Settings & Materials
- Board & Modules: PETG-CF (recommended for maximum rigidity & top-tier look) or PETG Matt.
- Fixing Frames: TPU (95A). The flexibility is required to clamp the holder securely under tension.
- Walls: 4–6 Wall Loops (Essential for the durability of the M4 connections).
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
⚠️ Important Material Note: PLA is not suitable due to thermal load in outdoor use and mechanical forces. ASA-Users: The system is engineered with high precision. Be aware of the material shrinkage factor, as tolerances might otherwise be too tight!
🛠️ Assembly & Hardware
- Board Connection: M4 x 8 mm Countersunk Screws + M4 Nuts.
- Magnet Fixation: M4 x 30 mm Countersunk Screws.
- Tolerance: The nut pockets are very precise. Allow the parts to cool down completely after printing before pressing the nuts in. A well-calibrated extrusion multiplier is the key to success here! 🧈✨
