HBM Dust Collector Filter Protection

Having to work with wood, I bought an HBM dust collector.

Unfortunately, with fine sawdust, I found the filter clogged with dust, and every two days I had to wash the filter even though the bin was almost empty.

As a solution, I designed a small baffle with a flange so that the suction is not affected, but the dust no longer goes directly onto the filter.

I designed it with holes for the HBM, but I also provide a version without holes so that depending on the extractor, you can mark the screw holes and adapt it.

I printed it in black PETG both for aesthetic reasons and for the intrinsic robustness of the material, but I think PLA would also work well.

However, I recommend PETG if the extractor is also used outdoors.
