Say goodbye to loud and power-hungry DIY air purifiers! This aerodynamically optimized air purifier is designed to convert a standard Xiaomi HEPA filter and a 120mm PC case fan into a highly efficient, ultra-quiet personal clean air zone.

Unlike typical brute-force DIY setups, this model features a Converging Nozzle (Jet Exhaust Concept) and a perfectly airtight plenum chamber. This design minimizes flow separation, prevents tip leakage, and maximizes the fan's static pressure. The result? A smooth, laminar stream of clean air directed right at you, using only 3 Watts of power at an ultra-quiet ~30-50 dB!

🌟 Key Engineering Features:

  • Airtight Interlocking Seal: Ensures 100% of the air is pulled through the HEPA filter uniformly—no dead zones.
  • Aerodynamic Nozzle: The converging top cover organizes turbulent air into a focused, long-throw laminar stream.
  • Ultra-Low Power: Uses a 12V PC fan, making it perfect for desktop use, off-grid setups, or powering via a simple USB-to-12V power bank cable.

📦 Bill of Materials (BOM):

  1. Filter: 1x Standard Xiaomi Air Purifier Filter (Compatible with Mi Air Purifier 2/3/Pro).
  2. Fan: 1x 120mm High Static Pressure PC Fan.
    • Recommended: ID-Cooling AF-125 (12VDC, 0.2A, 3W).
    • Note: It is crucial to use a fan with high static pressure (Max Air Pressure ≥ 2.5 mmH2O) to successfully pull air through the dense HEPA pleats.

      3. Hardware: 4x M4 x 35mm + Nut for mounting the fan to the printed adapter.

      4. Power: 1x 12V Power Adapter or a 5V-to-12V USB Step-up Cable (if using a power bank)
