Description

A versatile decorative bowl with a distinctive vertical ripple pattern. Designed to be printed in one or two colors — the lower body and upper rim are separate parts, so you can mix and match filament colors for a clean two-tone look without any post-processing.

Fully parametric on Onshape Want a different size or proportion? The model is built parametrically in Onshape and can be customized to your needs: → OnShapeLink

Adjustable parameters:

  • Bowl diameter
  • Upper rim height
  • Ripple size
  • min thickness

Included print profiles

Within one print profile you can find different variants (including different sizes and single/multicolor)

  • Base size + taller upper part, multicolor + singlecolor
  • H2 size + taller upper part, multicolor + singlecolor
  • Additional size variants will follow

Print tip: Turn off the auxiliary/part cooling fan for a cleaner matte surface finish on the ridges. This helps avoid visible layer lines on the curved surfaces and gives the bowl a more refined look.

Material recommendations Works well with PLA, PLA+, and matte PLA. The two-tone look is especially striking with contrasting matte finishes — for example marble gray with matte blue, terracotta with cream, or sage green with warm white.
