Description

A DIY cooling case for the Raspberry Pi 5 with a powerful 5015 24V radial blower.

I designed this case because the Raspberry Pi 5 can get pretty hot under heavy load, especially when running demanding tasks like local AI models. Once it gets too hot, performance can drop because of thermal throttling. This case helps direct a strong airflow straight onto the Pi and the heatsinks, which improves cooling a lot.

There is also enough space for my Raspberry Pi AI HAT, which makes this case a nice option for AI experiments and other heavy workloads on the Pi 5.

This project is great for anyone who wants a more aggressive cooling solution for their Raspberry Pi 5 and does not mind a bit of fan noise in exchange for much better airflow.
