Description
The nozzle is used for simultaneously applying 3 adjacent glue beads
The nozzle has a width of 18 mm at its tip
The glue bead width is approx 15mm
For easy positioning of the nozzle on the wood edge, a stop can optionally be attached
A cap is also available
The nozzle is ideal for gluing veneer edges, solid wood edgings, or for simple gluing when a wide glue surface is needed It is also ideal for making laminated timber
Saves time when applying glue and makes spreading with a brush or spatula unnecessary
When pressing together the surfaces to be glued, the glue spreads evenly
The nozzle is suitable for 550g Ponal glue bottles
Printing Instructions
Material: PLA or PETG
Layer Height: The threaded area should be printed with a 0.12mm layer height
The provided print profile has a variable layer height (0.12mm in the threaded area and at the tip + 0.2 mm for the rest)
Supports: Required! (included in the print profile)
Print Profile: 4 Print Plates
- Plates 1 to 3: Each part on its own print plate (Useful if you want to print in different colors without changing filament)
- Plate 4: All parts on one print plate
