Description
This clip-on hook is designed for rectangular or square wardrobe or clothes rails and adds an additional, freely positionable hanging point to existing rails.
The hook is simply clipped onto the rail and remains suspended there, but can still be freely moved along the rail. The clip primarily serves to keep the hook securely on the rail so that it doesn't fall off directly when a jacket is removed.
The model is suitable for rails with a maximum inner dimension of 10 mm width and 12.5 mm height.
The hanging surface is slightly rounded so that jacket loops, fabric loops, or similar hangers do not rest directly on a sharp edge. This makes the hook well suited for jackets, scarves, light bags, and other light everyday items.
The model was successfully printed in PLA. For frequent use or slightly higher loads, PETG is likely the more robust choice in the long term.
