- 🔷 The Diamond Lattice: An insert to create a traditional and diagonal lattice top, perfect for showcasing fruit fillings like in classic jam tarts.
- 🔲 The Geometric Lattice: An insert to create a modern and clean design with parallel lines and right angles, ideal for smooth fillings like Nutella or cream.
Tips for printing and use ⚙️💡:
- 🛡️ Filament: I strongly recommend printing in food-safe certified or approved PLA or PETG for maximum safety. Opaque colors work well.
- 🧼 Hygiene: Remember to hand wash (PLA doesn't like dishwashers! 🚫♨️) and thoroughly sanitize the cutters before and after each use.
- 👩🍳 Usage Tip: Roll out your favorite shortcrust pastry (make sure it's cold from the fridge! 🧊) on a floured surface. Cut the bases with the outer ring. For the tops, place your preferred lattice insert inside the outer ring and cut.
