Bambu X1-P1 Scoopy Sill - front door sill
Print Profile(1)

Description
A requested adaptation of my X1/P1 Lead Screw Guards to be just a lower door sill to make scooping detritus out of the bottom of the printer easier.
It's a very convenient sub-40 gram, sub-2 hour print. Just scoop the stuff that accumulates in the bottom of the machine out the door.
MATERIAL RECOMMENDATIONS
- PLA: for test fitting only - it should fit X1 / X1C / P1P & P1S machines just fine.
- PETG: should be fine for most peoples day-to-day use. It's flexibility will work nicely with the flex-lip that seats the sill against the floor so well.
- ABS / ASA: would only really be needed if you've fitted an active heater to your chamber.
- Fibre filaments: I'd avoid. The design leverages flexibility for sealing and the smoother the better.
A few suggestions for filaments are in the BoM. As always you're free to print with materials as you see fit.
