Description

A dual‑arm cockpit expander designed for bikes where the stem blocks the prime mounting area. This 3D‑printed system clamps onto both sides of a 35 mm handlebar and fits stems up to 58 mm wide, creating two rigid U‑shaped wings that extend cleanly forward.

The top platform features a standard Garmin mount for your head unit. In front, a GoPro‑style mount gives you a stable attachment point for cameras, lights, or accessories. Underneath, a second GoPro‑compatible mount adds even more flexibility for your setup.

Built for riders who want a tidy, modular cockpit with room for everything — without overcrowding the handlebar.

Instructions

  1. Prepare hinge wire - Cut and shape 1.5 mm stainless steel wire to form the hinge pins for both sides.
  2. Insert hinge wire - Slide the wire through the hinge channels to secure the moving parts while ensuring smooth rotation.
  3. Install tension bolt - Use a 16–20 mm M3 bolt with a matching nut to tighten the clamping mechanism around the stem.
  4. Check bolt head size - Ensure the bolt head is 5.5 mm or smaller so it seats properly; Philips, flathead, Torx, or Allen all work.
  5. Final fit and alignment - Mount the unit on the 35 mm handlebar and verify it fits stems up to 58 mm wide before tightening fully.
