Flexi Clownfish - Multiple Color Variations

What do kids love to 3D print? TOYS! But most of all, Flexis! Flexis are super fun, articulated animals for any occasion! Why not add a clownfish to your

collection?

This flexi is a Clownfish, the same species as Nemo from the Disney Movie “Finding Nemo.” Young kids love this movie, so you can print this for them, and give it to them as they are watching the movie!

Printing Details:

The brim is necessary for this print to work. When I was test printing them, it failed 2 times without the brim (the head would fall). When I added the brim, the head was sturdier and the print worked fine! To ensure happiness, please keep the brim activated!

This print is fully articulated and requires no supports. There are two plates per print profile, one that is just a fish (painted accordingly), and one that is a keychain!! The prints are not actually as long as it says because you will likely only print one of them!! If you want to print both I suggest moving the fish to the same plate so it will take less filament and time.

If you are interested in saving filament, I have a few suggestions for you:

• Change the prints infill density to a lower number. 15% is standard, but you usually don’t need a print to be that strong! (change it to a lower #)
• Print two fish, and make one of them the prime tower by right clicking, flush options, select top two. Go to global in the right selection bar and get rid of prime tower!

Tips Before Printing:

Clean the print bed before printing!!

I recommend thoroughly cleaning with dish soap and drying really well.

This ensures that there are no dirty or oily spots on the build plate during a print, and helps with the overall bed adhesion!
