🏆 Modular World Cup Play-off Bracket (32-Team Edition)

Follow your team’s journey all the way to the trophy with this massive, modular wall-mounted bracket! This design combines precision engineering from Autodesk Inventor with a smart construction that makes it accessible for every 3D printer owner.

🧩 Technical Specifications & Assembly

Modular Construction: The baseboard consists of 15 individual interlocking segments. These parts connect using high-precision dovetail joints. For maximum stability when mounted on a wall, I recommend securing the joints with a drop of superglue.
Wall Mounting: The back of the board features 3 robust mounting points designed for wall hooks or screws, ensuring the entire bracket hangs securely and perfectly level.
AMS-Friendly (But not required!): This model is specifically designed for users WITHOUT AMS or multi-material units. Every colored element (white paths, labels, and text) is printed as a separate part and then press-fitted into the board. This allows you to achieve a high-end, multi-colored look on any printer. All inserts can be secured with glue.

⚽ Token & Flag System

Skip the hassle of complex multi-color painting in your slicer. This model uses a Hybrid System:

Two Token Sizes: 1. Small Tokens: Used for the opening matches (Round of 32). 2. Large Tokens: Used for the higher stakes—Round of 16, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and the Grand Final.
Universal Connectors: All tokens attach to the board using universal connectors (links) that are identical for both sizes. This makes it easy to advance teams as they win their matches.
High-Detail Flags: I have included a PDF and DOCX file containing flags for all participating nations. Simply print it on a standard color inkjet or laser printer, cut them out, and glue them into the recessed slots on the tokens. The PDF includes flags sized perfectly for both the small and large tokens.

🖨️ Printing Instructions

Material: PLA (Black for the board, White for the paths/text, Gold/Bronze for the finals).
Tolerances: The dovetail joints and inserts are designed with a 0.2 mm clearance, which is the "sweet spot" for a snug fit on most modern 3D printers.
Supports: The entire model is optimized to be printed completely without supports.
