Scraper with Replaceable Blade
A practical and ergonomic scraper designed for ease of use and simple operation. The model features a replaceable, ultra-light blade weighing only 2.4 g, ensuring precise and effective performance.
The handle is carefully contoured, providing a secure grip and comfortable handling. Inside the handle, there is a built-in storage compartment that holds up to 4 spare blades. The design allows you to quickly check how many spare blades remain without disassembling the tool.
The blade replacement mechanism is designed to be simple and intuitive, allowing for quick and hassle-free operation.
This model is an original design, not based on or derived from any existing product.
3D Printing Instructions:
Recommended settings:
- 4 walls,
- 0.2 mm layer height,
- 15 % infill,
- Print the model without supports!!!
- Use brim only to stabilize the parts during printing.
- After printing, carefully remove all brim residue from the handle to ensure proper blade insertion and functionality.
