Möbius strip track ball

Folks! This time I've made something even more captivating—a triangular Möbius strip track ball 🔺

Its shape is a triangle, but essentially it's a Möbius strip; you can travel along one surface all the way, never running out
Based on this, I designed a track and added a small ball, which just keeps rolling and rolling along the track, unable to stop

The first time I started it, watching the small ball go round and round on the triangular track, and even flip over in the middle, it truly gave me a 'is this even logical?' feeling 😳
A friend came over, saw it, and studied it in their hand for a long time, saying 'this is even crazier than the figure-eight one last time'

When printing, the track surface needs to be smoother, otherwise the ball will get stuck
I sanded it for quite a while until it was smooth; now it rolls with no resistance at all and can spin for a long time

The overall shape has more geometric appeal than the figure-eight one, looking like a piece of art when placed on a table
And because it's triangular, the track's direction looks different from various angles, becoming more interesting the more you look at it

Place it on the table as a stress-relief toy; when you're tired, just watch the ball roll a couple of times, and as it goes round and round, somehow your worries also seem to spin away🌀

The joy of 3D printing is probably that whatever weird and interesting things you want, you can conjure them up yourself ✌️
