Description

This capillary water drain clip is designed to remove the most of the water from my solar modules (10° tilt):

Over time, dirt will accumulate on the edges of the module, because small puddles tend to form at the bottom end.

I would recommend printing these clips in ASA or some other UV resistant material.

Printed with 0.2mm layerheight and tree supports (see picture for parameters).

 

I'm using 2 clips per module. They are placed on the bottom outer edges right next to my cable management clips, which you can find here:

I've added more variants for other modules which have been requested in the comments.
