Hello everyone
This is my cap for the trampoline. Of course, it can also be used for other purposes. I designed it myself because the original one broke.
The best part: It's parametric and can be easily adapted for any trampoline.
Thickness Pipe: The thickness of the outer steel PIP +0.2 tolerance. For me, the PIP is 32mm, so 32.2mm
Thick cap: Image 1 I recommend it goes over the foam, so 2-3mm more than the foam diameter.
Height cap: Image 2 Too little can make the upper layers more visible.
Length PIP: The length of the PIP
Wall Thickness: 2mm is optimal.
Before printing the parametrically adjusted model, please align it correctly and enable supports. (They can be omitted inside.)
