Description
No AMS? No problem! This decorative lighthouse ring was specially designed to be printed perfectly in multiple colors even without an automatic color system. A customized profile for the A1 mini is also available.
🧩 The Concept:
The design consists of three separate parts that you can easily print one after another (even on different print plates):
- The Base Plate: Ring with lighthouse (e.g., in White).
- The Lettering "Meerweh": Precisely fitting for gluing on (e.g., in Blue or Pink).
- The Wave: Completes the lower part of the ring.
Advantage: You have full control over the colors and don't have to worry about filament changes & countless poop during printing. The parts are simply glued onto the base plate after printing.
🛠️ Print Details:
- Standard Profile: All parts are clearly arranged on separate print plates.
- Fit: Tolerances are chosen so that the inlays fit well into the base plate. Depending on your printer's calibration, I recommend a drop of super glue for permanent fixation.
💡 Tips:
- Material: PLA is ideal.
- Colors: Get creative! As seen in the preview images, pink lettering also looks great for a modern look.
- Walls: Use 3 wall lines for the outer ring to keep it stable.
