Description
This is a simple but effective pulley/spool system designed to mount onto a DC geared motor with a 6mm diameter shaft. I created this to act as a winch for winding rope or cord in robotics and lifting mechanisms.
Key Features:
- 6mm Shaft Fit: Designed specifically for standard DC geared motor shafts (check your motor's shaft diameter before printing).
- Secure Locking: The extended hub features a hole for a set screw (M3 recommended) to clamp the pulley firmly onto the motor shaft, preventing it from slipping under load.
- High Walls: Large flanges ensure the rope stays contained on the spool during operation.
Hardware Required
- 1x M3 Screw/Bolt: To act as a set screw for locking the hub to the motor shaft.
