Modular RC Car Ramp System – Build Your Own RC Stunt Park
Build your own RC stunt ramp system with this modular design. Each ramp module connects using simple connector pieces, allowing you to expand the ramp in both width and length. Print multiple modules and create anything from a small jump to a large RC stunt park. The system is easy to adapt to different locations and different RC cars, making it flexible and versatile.
The ramps are assembled using small connector pieces, so you can print as many modules as you like and build a fully customized ramp setup with adjustable width and length. Optional ground stakes can be attached underneath the ramps to provide additional stability. These stakes help secure the ramp on grass, dirt, or loose surfaces and prevent it from moving during jumps.
The ramps were printed using Bambu PLA Matte with a low infill setting to keep print time and filament usage low. If you want a stronger ramp, you can increase the infill or print the ramps using Bambu PLA-CF. Both options improve durability but will also increase filament consumption.
For extra durability without increasing infill, you can apply a thin layer of two-part epoxy resin to the ramp surface. This creates a very strong and wear-resistant driving surface while keeping the ramp lightweight.
This modular ramp system is expandable in width and length, prints quickly, uses low filament, and is perfect for RC cars. Print multiple ramps and build your own RC stunt park anywhere.
