Triken405 Kayak Front Track 500mm

No one has ever dared so much... I did, but out of necessity... I was asked to create these rails for the accessories of the Triken 405 by Big Mama Kayak... the right holes are further out than the left ones, because the surface they rest on is very thin; to have them for both right and left, just mirror the object. They have been adapted for use with nuts with integrated washers (those supplied with these types of kayaks), the groove is 7.5mm, it has a double guide both above and below to prevent the 'nut' from falling into the old kayak groove and having to disassemble everything every time. It is longer than the original, slightly thicker, and covers the entire width of the kayak's gunwale. I have reduced the number of stainless steel screws to be used, and there are three pieces to assemble. Use a bead of Sikaflex 591 to seal and prevent water from entering the hull through the holes created by the screws.
