Bottle cutter,

I tried to make it more stable than many found online, it uses a bit more material but it's very precise.

2 side clamping screws and a large screw that lowers the cutting edge (this allows you to slowly rotate the bottle and decide the right pressure with the large screw.

There are instructions to read carefully for correct use.

Assuming that for simple use with cylindrical bottles, plates 1 and 2 are sufficient.

For complete printing

PLATE 1 an automatic PAUSE was inserted at 2:14 to insert 2 M10 nuts (for diameter 6 screws), then printing must be continued, the nuts will be buried in the print and will be used for the side guides

PLATE 4 at 1:14 another pause was inserted to insert 2 more M10 nuts into the 2 cylindrical bushings and then continue printing.

For assembly there is an exploded view photo, however you will need:

2 M6 bolts at least 25mm long to fix the guide

2 M6 bolts 100mm long for bottles up to 75cl, for larger bottles at least 120mm is needed

4 M10 nuts

For the cutting edge, a common glass cutter was used and the handle removed (width 16mm, thickness 4mm)
