Description
I redesigned the cable management box/organizer. It features many structural innovations and solves several pain points during use

1. Buttons on both sides, can be pressed on one side or both sides simultaneously, achieving one-key quick-open ejection. After multiple iterations, the pressing force has been converted into two component forces: forward push and upward, completely detaching from the spring structure
2. Independently developed a quick-open mechanism. To increase button durability, I converted horizontal force into vertical force, no longer limited by weak interlayer adhesion. 3. Top cover with extended cable management device, convenient for routing and securing cables
4. Hollow window design allows viewing the connector from the top, knowing the cable type without opening the box, improving usage efficiency
5. Modular design, proportional space occupation, stackable 3-5 layers. Easy to store
6. Each model has a separate lid without a spool that can be printed directly. As a traditional organizer, it still enjoys the convenience brought by the quick-open structure
7. It can also serve as a fidget toy, enjoying the satisfying click sound of opening and closing

April 28, 2026 7:40 PM I have completed the development of the 1X Size W version and finalized two rounds of prototype fine-tuning. I reviewed comments from Bilibili and the domestic MakerWorld community. This improvement addresses about half of the feedback. It is expected to be launched within 3 days, aiming for tomorrow. It will be arranged in a new configuration. Subsequently, I will continue to develop the 2X Size version and other size versions, with versions being multiples of each other, ensuring uniform stacking dimensions

Increased the distance between the spooler and the bottom of the box, enlarged the diameter of 2 winding slots, solving the problem of insufficient space for cable contact with the bottom, which caused the lid to not close tightly
Reunified the exterior design language to prepare for future winding boxes of other sizes
