Acoustic toys with protruding mouthpieces face high leverage stress, often snapping at the neck when printed rapidly. Furthermore, PETG stringing easily ruins the internal airflow. This profile is engineered specifically for Bambu PETG HF on a High Flow Hotend, combining clean, string-free acoustic internals with targeted structural reinforcements to make the mouthpiece child-safe and durable.Specific Modifications &amp; Justifications:<ul><li>1. Targeted Mouthpiece Reinforcement (Modifier Mesh)<ul><li>Justification: The transition from the hollow body to the thin mouthpiece is a severe shear-stress bottleneck. I placed a custom modifier exactly at this junction, forcing additional Wall Loops and dense infill. This anchors the fragile tube deeply into the body, preventing it from snapping under bending or biting pressure.</li></ul></li><li>2. Localized Thermal Bonding Override (Speed Reduction)<ul><li>Justification: PETG requires adequate thermal transfer time to fuse properly. High Flow speeds on the small mouthpiece cross-section cause brittle, delaminating layers. Inside the modifier, I drastically slashed the print speeds. This deliberate slowdown ensures maximum layer-to-layer fusion exactly where leverage is the highest.</li></ul></li><li>3. High Flow Acoustic Calibration (Retractions &amp; Flow)<ul><li>Justification: PETG HF is highly prone to internal stringing when pushed fast, which destroys the whistle&#39;s sound. I fully recalibrated the retraction distances, accelerations, and volumetric flow for the HF setup, ensuring a pristine, string-free acoustic chamber while maintaining rapid print times for the exterior.</li></ul></li></ul>Tested &amp; Verified: Printed successfully on a High Flow setup using Bambu PETG HF. The whistle sounds clear and loud, and the mouthpiece easily survives bending stress without delaminating. See attached photos.&nbsp;
