Short Thunder Lever-Action Blaster (Lever Thunder Modified) with Optimized Anti-Misfire
Print Profile(4)

Description
Nerf soft bullet blaster, modified Lever-Action Blaster, perfectly achieves cool rotating loading action, extremely fun to play with
The hardware list is in the document below. Overall, no cold CNC parts were used, so there isn't much hardware. For assembly, refer to the original Lever-Action Blaster, and there are videos on Bilibili
The anti-accidental discharge trigger has been updated. This is an issue that exists with the original Lever-Action Blaster. Because the characteristic of this short blaster is that it can be rotated and played with, greater impact force makes accidental discharge more severe. So I added a trigger return mechanism, allowing it to reset in time. Now it won't accidentally fire no matter how you swing it~

Use the 0.5*5*15 spring from the hardware list. First, drip a drop of super glue here, and it will be easier to successfully install the trigger after waiting for it to cure

Note:
The holes in this part of the model, for the lever and trigger, are a tight fit, requiring some skill and patience for continuous drilling and sanding. It must remain smooth

Other considerations:
The reinforced parts in the model are recommended to be printed using high-toughness, high-hardness filaments such as PETG CF (or GF), PLA+. Regular PETG can also be used but it is recommended to increase the number of walls and use 100% infill. Try to use transparent/white or other close-to-original color filaments to improve layer adhesion
To ensure smooth pulling of the lever mechanism, the main spring is recommended to be 1.6mm diameter (but with lower scores). Without achieving an airtight seal, ordinary aluminum tubes might result in misfires or even jammed darts due to tolerance issues. It's best to use smooth aluminum tubes specifically for blasters, with mirror-finished inner walls. A printable inner tube has also been uploaded in the profile. If you don't want to buy one, you can at least slowly sand it yourself
If using a main spring of 1.8mm or even 2.0mm diameter, the length needs to be appropriately trimmed and controlled. The number of coils should not be excessive. Please pay attention to lubrication for the many sliding parts of the internal structure
