I created a special stand – a container to reuse a regular jar and create your own mini glass garden 🌱
The main idea of the project was to give a second life to a popular preserves jar (for me: TO 900 ml fi 82/6), which practically everyone has somewhere at home. Just add some peat, expanded clay, and your favorite plant to create an impressive, enclosed plant composition – perfect for a desk, shelf, or as a gift.
I printed the stand from PET-G and gave it an interesting, structural surface, making the whole thing look modern and elegant.
🧩 Printing tips:
- material: PET-G (recommended)
- print time: approximately 3 hours (depends on printer)
- important: use supports on the thread – this will ensure proper jar fit and avoid printing problems
