Hello everyone,
this is a collection of adapters and mounting components for the Parkside PPWD 30 B2 (should also be compatible with the A1 version).

The goal of this project is to mount a removable pre-separator directly on top of the vacuum cleaner. The setup is based on a Starmix Dustfixx pre-separator, which appears to be identical to units from Flex, Metabo and Eibenstock.

The pre-separator comes with a hose used to connect the vacuum to the cyclone. The original Parkside hose is still used on the cyclone side.

The assembly is mounted on a wooden board using retaining clips. Adapter mounts for the Parkside systainer interface are attached to the underside of the board, allowing the entire unit to be quickly installed and removed without tools.

The parts were printed in PETG to achieve a good balance of strength, impact resistance, and temperature stability.
