Added a new adapter base for Nikon Big F, removing the logo part from the F2 “Base 2” to allow installation on the Nikon Big F without removing the nameplate. Configuration files and STL files have been uploaded.
I only have a Nikon F2, so the compatibility of this configuration file cannot be verified. Friends with a Nikon Big F can print it and give me feedback.

The coloring effect of the Logo is quite good. Coloring method: seal the area around the Logo with tape as much as possible, fill with paint, then scrape flat. A video will be released explaining the details.
In addition, the connecting bracket has been improved based on the original version to better accommodate spring assembly. If the original version is too tight and does not flip smoothly when assembling the spring, you can print the improved version. Both the original and improved versions are retained in the print configuration file.

Recently, I've been busy with blind reviews for my thesis, which has finally come to an end. This update includes parameters for the “F2 Waist-Level Base 2” model: 1. Added a locking function. This function only ensures that the waist-level finder does not fall off when the camera is inverted after installation. It cannot withstand significant force, so please be careful when using it to prevent the camera from falling; 2. Increased the indentation depth of the Nikon Logo. Printed using the Bambu Lab A1 printer, the print configuration file has been uploaded, and it can be assembled and used smoothly after printing. The parameters for the “F2 Waist-Level Base 1” model are not yet perfected, so please do not print it yet.
Planned future work:
1. Improve the parameters for the “F2 Waist-Level Base 1” model
2. Attempt to color the Logo (Logo coloring template has now been uploaded)

Modeling was completed based on the DP-1 metering prism data I had. I don't have an original waist-level finder, only a DP-1 metering prism. All modeling dimensions were measured manually. A total of four forms have been designed, which can be selected and assembled as needed.
The metal shaft cannot be found in the right size, so you need to grind down a small distance yourself, either with a file or directly on the ground.
