This is a compact aeration air pump/water pump casing, suitable for common 370 motors and square-head aeration pumps/water pumps.

External dimensions of the pump:

Motor diameter ≈ 25mm, pump head ≈ 29mm*29mm*27mm.

Model 1 is a casing for a single 18650 battery, paired with a 4.2V lithium battery charge/discharge module. The choice of module model is flexible; any module with a circuit board width not exceeding 22mm and a Type-C port located on the center line of one side of the circuit board can be installed. The module's output voltage can be determined based on the pump's operating voltage range. To accommodate different module models, no screw holes are reserved for fixing the circuit board; simply use AB glue or super glue to secure the module. It is recommended to print the cover with transparent PETG, allowing you to see the color and status of the module indicator lights during operation and charging. Theoretically, a fully charged 2500mAh 18650 battery, with a motor operating current of 250mA and a charge/discharge module conversion efficiency of 90%, can power the pump for about 9 hours, which is generally sufficient.

Model 2 is designed for the pump to be directly connected to an external power source, such as a solar panel, so the casing is more compact with no extra space inside for other items. Additionally, this model includes a ground spike for fixing the casing into soft ground, which can be printed optionally based on your needs. Note: When using the ground spike, the inlet/outlet and power cable should face downwards, and the cables/tubes should be routed through the holes on the side of the spike to prevent rainwater from entering the enclosure.
