Running Track Set 35mm x 35mm

Here I have created a complete set to print running rails and accessories myself.

I have uploaded each part individually to quickly expand it. The holes (round, long) for fastening are 4mm.

You can print the wheels yourself or use ball bearings (608 series). Everything runs smoothly.

There is a separate print profile for each part.

In addition, I have created a profile for each to print all parts simultaneously or to select the parts yourself before printing.

There is a profile for the H-series. This is complete.

There is a profile for A1, P-series and X-series. This is without the 305mm rail.

The supports must be carefully removed and the print plate must be clean.

The wheels on the slides fit snugly onto the axle, as a small collar is integrated at the front, but once fully seated, they are freely rotatable.

The M6 thread (M6x1.0 - 20mm deep) on the slider is tightly designed. The screw can be slowly turned in with a tool (heat generation during turning). Afterwards it will be easier.

For the slider with the hole (4mm diameter - 20mm deep), a suitable wood screw can simply be screwed in.

The eyelet on the other two sliders is 10mm in diameter.

The end stop can be locked and inserted at any position (Both versions work, but the thin nut is much easier). Just tighten the screw lightly - that is sufficient (otherwise it will break).

      There is a special feature on the corner rails!

• If you want to connect two 45-degree angles, you must use the 4mm dowel pin in the inner hole
• If you want to connect a 45-degree angle and any other part, you must use the 6mm dowel pin in the inner hole.

     For all other holes, the 8mm dowel pin is the correct one.
