A Preacher equipped with a backpack with large rockets, heavily armed, a bearer and preacher of redemption and devastation in the name of the Emperor, inspired by classic grimdark sci-fi universes

Chaplain with jetpacks

The basic design was generated and prepared with the aid of artificial intelligence, then hand-finished in ZBrush and Blender. This process allowed for deduplication, geometry cleaning, proportion optimization, and removal of gross errors from the generated model to achieve the cleanest and most pleasant result possible for printing

Printing and post-production

⚠️ Caution when removing supports: Given the complexity of the model and the presence of fine details, I recommend removing supports with extreme caution. I strongly advise using precision tweezers and sharp modeling knives. Proceed slowly, starting from the least visible areas, to avoid damaging the more fragile parts; haste and force are not your friends; calm, patience, delicacy, and the model will emerge from its protective cage safe and sound.
There are two printing plates, one with the entire figurine, and one with the figurine in pieces to be glued after printing. Printing in pieces gains speed and requires fewer supports, thus fewer damaged areas, but if not glued perfectly, the parts might show the cuts (with good painting, they disappear)

Printing tips

  • Material: PLA (or material of your choice) I used Sunlu's PLA+ 2.0 gray, but any defined PLA is perfectly fine
  • Supports: Necessary (it is recommended to use the attached profile for easy support removal; if you want to do it yourself, I advise using organic/tree supports to facilitate removal)

I hope you enjoy this model as much as I enjoyed creating and printing it!
If you print it, don't forget to upload your photos; I'm curious to see your creations.
I remind you that I share these models for non-profit purposes, but only for my passion, for my miniature collection, and to keep my printer busy, trying to push the technical level that the A1 mini hardware can give me to the maximum

Happy printing
