ONENO 3DW | Sandwich Structure x Aluminum Extrusion ITX Case | Steam Machine Extended Version
Print Profile(2)

Description
Introduction
A sturdy SFF case combining 3D Printed components and 1010 aluminum extrusions. The internal structure draws inspiration from beamcase, as well as many classic A4 sandwich-style cases. Because it uses a 3D Printed + Sandwich structure, the case is named 3DW. The front of the case references the design language of the Steam Machine. It aims to be an extended version of a Steam Machine that can be used in the living room Dimensions: 314 x 132 x 182 mm (frame only) / 318 x 136 x 186 mm (with panels installed) Volume: 7.54L / 8.04L Filament consumption: approx 429g Print duration: approx 21 hoursCompatibility:

Printing Notes:
* The internal frame should be printed with high-temperature resistant filament, at least PETG, ABS is recommended * All parts can be printed without supports * To ensure print strength, please use the following settings: Walls: 4 perimeters; 35% infill * For proper assembly, ensure printing dimension accuracy is calibrated and consider filament sinkage rate. Reference: When I printed with K brand ABS filament, I scaled the model to 100.6% to ensure dimensional accuracy. The top, bottom, and four side panels only need to be scaled to 100.45%. Please test the appropriate scaling factor with a step of ±0.1% from the reference value based on your material before starting the final print. * The front panel frame and side panels support using the sparse infill patterns that come with Bambu Studio as a mesh pattern. You can modify the settings as you like * If the accessories do not generate much heat, the external decorative panels can be printed with PLAFor detailed assembly instructions, please read the electronic PDF manual
Note: Assembling this case requires a certain level of DIY skill. The manual only covers the case assembly. Assembling computer components requires you to have sufficient computer assembly knowledge to complete it yourself. Please try to assemble with a spare computer if possible to avoid component incompatibility or hole tolerance issues caused by incorrect filament scaling, which could leave you with an unusable machine!!!
