The operation is done by rotating the back of the LED; with this, we would turn on our lamp. Rotating in the opposite direction turns it off
I have found the same lights much cheaper on AliExpress, I'm leaving the link here; also, there are different colors:
Assembly is simple, wait for the plate to cool down so it detaches without problems, fit it and use a drop of glue to secure the bulb in the lamp holder, leaving it flush as in the following image:
