🚀 Ultimate Spool Lock: The Ultimate Anti-Unwinding Clip
Tired of finding your Bambu Lab spools slightly unwound or, even worse,
jammed inside the AMS? After trying several models online,
I realized none were perfect: some were too thin and
broke on first use, others were so bulky they interfered with rotation.
So I decided to redesign one.
Why choose this version?
* Optimized Design: Specifically designed based on the actual tolerances of original Bambu Lab spools.
* Maximum Robustness: I reinforced critical stress points. You can insert and remove it dozens of times without fear of it breaking.
* Zero Interference: The profile is ultra-flat to ensure it never touches the walls or rollers of the AMS.
* Snap-Fit Installation: It clicks firmly into place and stays there until you decide to remove it.
Printing Tips
* Material: PETG highly recommended for its flexibility and mechanical resistance (but it also works great in PLA).
* Infill: 10-20% (given the small size, this ensures maximum durability).
* Orientation: Already correctly oriented in the file for maximum structural strength.
