Please read the following carefully before printing:

Since the model is large, please dry the filament and clean the build plate before printing. There is no problem printing with a textured PEI plate as long as the build plate is clean (I printed it with a textured build plate).

The model has been designed for its intended placement, please try not to change the model's orientation

If you need to print high-temperature engineering filament like ABS or above, please do not use PLA for printing. It is recommended to use PETG at least, ABS is better

Before printing, it is recommended to test and correct the material's sinkage rate. You can also print a sinkage verification profile for quick validation

Updated on May 29, 2026:

The clasps are directly integrated into the model to increase stability

I recently bought an X2D which comes with an external exhaust fan, but because I need to print materials like ABS, I also need an external exhaust filter

However, because it's placed on my desk with its back against the wall, the exhaust pipe can only come from the poop chute side, and the official external exhaust model is too thick to fit

I needed an external exhaust solution that takes up little space behind and has high exhaust efficiency. This model uses a fully enclosed design, directly covering the official external exhaust, to prevent exhaust leakage

The machine's built-in exhaust fan has a filter element, which can be removed when using this model, or kept for an additional layer of filtration

The creation of this model references @疯景CrazyJN's X2D Ultra-Thin External Exhaust Interface model, special thanks

If you need exhaust pipe diameters not currently available, please leave a comment, and I will add them if I see it

Hope you all have fun and never get spaghetti
