My original radiator pipe cover found much more use than I expected when I uploaded it “just because I could”. Since then I've made both a 2nd and finally a 3rd version: radiator pipe cover (thick and thin) . All of which seem to have found a home among the MakerWorld users.

Now that there is support for parametric designs (and I've learned how to use it) I figured it was only fair to put up a customizable pipe cover model as well. That way you don't have to reply on the ones I've made and can customize it to fit your needs perfectly.

Both pipe width, plate width and thickness are customizable. Just click on the customize button on MakerWorld or in your app.

The lock is designed so you can both fold the pieces together, and snap them when flat on the floor in a tight space or a thick design.

Note that it cannot be made thinner than 2.5 mm and that it will not allow an outer diameter which would cause issues with the design of the “lock”. 

If you set a too low value it will be forced to a large enough (At least pipe diameter + 20). 

For a thin plate 2.5 mm is a good choice and for a thicker I can recommend 8 mm. But it's all up to you and the visual style you are going for.
