Print Profile(1)

Description
Zé Pelintra or Zé Pilintra is the head of a phalanx of light entities (a group of evolved spirits considered entities that return incorporated/irradiated in mediums to help others) originating from the syncretic belief called Catimbó, which emerged in the Northeast Region of Brazil. Zé Pelintra is also commonly incorporated in Umbanda terreiros, with his cult widespread throughout Brazil. In this religion, he is considered part of the 'malandros' (rascals/rogues) line of work.
