Description

Upgrade your grow game with this 3D-Printed 5-Gallon Self-Watering Wicking System.
Designed for simplicity and performance, this system uses a passive wicking method to deliver consistent moisture directly to your plant’s roots—no pumps, no guesswork. Just fill the reservoir and let the system do the work.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Self-regulating hydration – plants take only what they need
  • 5-gallon capacity – perfect for vegetables, herbs, and houseplants
  • Efficient wicking design – encourages strong, healthy root growth
  • Durable 3D-printed construction – lightweight, sturdy, and customizable
  • Low maintenance – fewer refills, less daily upkeep

Setup Instructions:

  1. Place the wicking basket in the bottom of a standard 5-gallon bucket.
  2. Install the 2-part fill tube.
  3. Pack your preferred soil firmly around the basket.
  4. Fill the rest of the bucket with soil and plant or transplant as desired.
  5. Pour 1 gallon of pH-balanced water (nutrients optional) into the fill tube, then insert the water gauge.
  6. To check water level, lift and drop the gauge—if you hear a “clunk,” the reservoir is empty.
  7. After refilling, wait about 24 hours before adding more water to allow proper wicking.
