Vinyl style keychain — ARIRANG by BTS Inspired Edition
The model has some improvements compared to the basic Arirang vinyl record keychain. It features a reinforced keychain ring and the inner vinyl height has been increased by one layer to improve its appearance. Leave your opinion in the comments.
🌟 Overview
This keychain recreates the classic aesthetic of a miniature vinyl record, reinterpreted with the visual identity of BTS's ARIRANG album. Its design combines concentric color grooves, a contrasting red-white central label, and two variants:
- Standard model
- Model with a cavity and pause for NFC chip insertion
Both models retain the essence of the original vinyl record, but are optimized for daily use as a durable and collectible accessory.
🎨 ARIRANG Inspired Elements
- Red-white palette, evoking the aesthetic of the original vinyl record.
- Flat central label with the ARIRANG logo in the center.
- Concentric grooves that provide texture and an authentic visual finish.
🛠️ Keychain Technical Specifications
- Diameter: ~50 mm (user preference).
- Total thickness: 3 mm at the slightly raised outer edge.
- Vinyl grooves: concentric rings modeled to provide texture without compromising printing.
- Hole for keyring.
- Internal cavity for NFC chip.
- Print pause configured to insert the chip without layer shifting.
- Integrated top cover or sealed with final layer.
🧵 Optimized for printing in Bambu Studio
- Layer height: 0.20 mm.
- Recommended material:
- PLA for a clean finish and vibrant colors.
- PETG if you seek greater resistance for daily use.
- Multicolor (AMS):
- Label.
- Grooves and edge.
- Infill: 15–20% (the part is almost solid).
- NFC pause: configured at the layer where the cavity closes.
