UGREEN USB Hub Desk Mount

Description
I made this model to hide and organize cables going through a hole in my desk. The hub sits at a slight angle, and there are multiple openings to route cables in a clean way. The base helps keep everything stable on the desk. The whole thing is mounted using a threaded desk cable tunnel.
On the left side, there’s an extra hole for an audio jack. Inside the case, I keep a small USB sound card connected directly to the hub with a short cable. Thanks to this, I can easily switch between speakers and wired headphones without digging around.
Besides the hub, you’ll need two M3×10 mm screws (flat black head work best). This model was made for my own setup, but maybe it’ll inspire you to build something similar 🙂
What I keep plugged into the hub (dual-PC setup):
- Studio microphone (for some reason it keeps waking up macOS when left connected)
- Phone used as a smart display (you can see it in the background in the photos)
- Speaker power (controlled by a 230V relay under the desk)
- USB sound card (for easy switching between monitor and external speakers)
- LED light bar above the monitor (it turns on automatically, so I prefer keeping it unplugged)
- Two extra ports for charging devices and plugging in external drives
