Description

This is a custom-designed rechargeable 9V battery built using a lithium-ion cell, a TP4056 charging module, and a boost converter (MT3608) to step up the voltage to a stable 9V output.

Unlike traditional 9V batteries, this design is:

The project uses a compact Li-ion battery (taken from a vape device), combined with a charging + boost module to create a reusable and cost-effective alternative to disposable 9V batteries.

The battery used in this project is a Li-ion cell extracted from a vape.
If you don’t have this battery, you can easily find it inside used or disposable vape devices.
