Honda SH Intake Cone - Performance Kit

Optimize the carburetion and sound of your SH 125/150 without ECUs.

I designed this intake kit to solve the original airbox's "choking" in the Honda SH. The cone's profile is designed to speed up the incoming airflow, ensuring a noticeable increase in acceleration and a deeper, sportier sound. It's the ideal solution for those who use a sport air filter but want that "something extra" without having to remap the ECU.

To maximize performance, a light sanding inside the cone will reduce air friction.

1. Intake Cone: The "core" part of the project, responsible for the Venturi effect - ABS or PETG is mandatory. Absolutely avoid PLA: temperatures under the seat and vibrations would cause it to deform quickly.
2. Airbox Connection: The fitting designed to perfectly adapt to the original inlet. - I strongly recommend TPU (95A) for its ability to absorb vibrations and ensure a watertight seal. If you don't have TPU, use PETG, but pay attention to the sealing.

As this component is subject to strong vibrations and suction, secure the cone to the connection and airbox with silicone or safety ties. Make sure there are no moving parts that could be sucked in.
