I didn&#39;t have any 6x3 mm magnets, so I modified the original part to house 5x2 mm magnets, which I did have available and are more than enough to do the job. In my experience, you don&#39;t even need to fill all the holes, just 6 will do. Also, I recommend using a little bit of superglue to attach the magnets and using Kapton tape on the slide after printing, to help the dislodgment of purges. Also, although the bin has a respectable size, I modified it a little bit to have four different sizes, none of which will block the air intake. These are the measurements of the bins, not accounting for the little entry slope:<ul><li>S - 177.80 x 61.60 x 67.00 mm</li><li>M - 177.80 x 101.60 x 67.00 mm</li><li>XL - 177.80 x 151.60 x 67.00 mm</li><li>XXL - 201.60 x 177.80 x 67.00 mm</li></ul>In case you&#39;re wondering, the original one is the M size, and all four or them are interchangeable. I hope it helps you as much as I enjoyed modifying it!

Mi piace molto questo progetto, perchè è specifico per X2D. Si fissa senza viti, tiene conto delle prese d&#39;aria della X2D ed ha un vassoio molto grande. Ma il sistema di supporto dei magneti era molto fragile. Inoltre i magneti erano tutti sopra la parte traforata della griglia e non avevano una buona presa. Di conseguenza tendeva a scivolare verso il basso. Ho modificato e rinforzato tale supporto, sempre per magneti 6x3mm. Con le prove fatte, i fori permettono l&#39;incastro perfetto dei magneti 6x3mm. Se con la tolleranza diversa di un&#39;altra stampante, il foro dovesse risultare stretto, basta far girare leggermente, a mano, una punta di trapano per metalli da 6mm. Se addirittura dovesse risultare largo, basta una punta di colla. Questo profilo può essere tranquillamente stampato sia in PLA che ASA/ABS o PETG. Ho notato che, a differenza della P1S, la X2D, grazie alla camera riscaldata, quando stampa materiali tecnici, raggiunge temperature molto elevate anche esternamente, al punto che gli accessori esterni stampati in PLA si sono deformati! Sto quindi stampando tutto in ASA.

I really like this project because it is specific for X2D. It attaches without screws, takes into account the X2D's air vents, and has a very large tray. However, the magnet support system was very fragile. Additionally, the magnets were all on the perforated part of the grid and did not have a good grip. Consequently, it tended to slide downwards. I modified and reinforced this support, still for 6x3mm magnets. With the tests carried out, the holes allow for the perfect fit of 6x3mm magnets. If, due to different printer tolerances, the hole turns out to be too tight, simply turn a 6mm metal drill bit slightly by hand. If it turns out to be too wide, just use a dab of glue. This profile can be safely printed in PLA, ASA/ABS, or PETG. I noticed that, unlike the P1S, the X2D, thanks to its heated chamber, reaches very high temperatures even externally when printing technical materials, to the point that external accessories printed in PLA have deformed! I am therefore printing everything in ASA.

Magnetic slide and bucket for poop chute.  Uses 6x3mm magnets.  Slide attaches to the back of the printer and directs poop into the bucket.  &nbsp;I used 8x magnets on the vertical spots.  The lower horizontal spaces are for extra strength. &nbsp;Compatible with X2D and P2S Air exhaust kit.
