Filament poop bin for H2 Series

Collection Device

The collection device serves to collect filament remnants in a controlled manner and prevent uncontrolled ejection. It is attached with four magnets on the back. The magnets have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 2 mm; they are attached with a drop of superglue. The device does not cover any ventilation outlet and is held precisely over the ejection chute thanks to its rim. No modifications are necessary on the printer itself.

The poop bin is also held by magnets, which – as with the collection device – have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 2 mm and are glued in with superglue. It features a recessed grip that allows for easy and quick removal. Laterally, the poop bin closes flush with the printer's side wall.

Base Support Plate for BIQU Panda Station

The base is only required if the printer is on a BIQU Panda Station, as it sits flush with the back and thus offers no storage space for the poop bin. The securing clip prevents the poop bin from slipping and shifting and ensures automatic positioning. Mechanical decoupling maintains the printer's freedom of movement. The securing clip has two orientation lugs and is attached laterally with two M3x10mm screws, allowing it to yield and preventing breakage when inserting the container. The base is attached to the back with two M3x15mm screws included with the BIQU Panda Station.

Printing

PETG is specified as the recommended printing material. The print requires neither supports nor AMS.
