Set consisting of 3D printable 3/4'' male hose barb fittings, designed to connect tubes of different diameters with good compatibility with standard fittings
The project has been prepared with multi-profile files + separate single models for each diameter (the indicated measurement refers to the internal diameter of the tube to be connected), so you can:
- print all fittings in a single print
- print only what you need
- avoid manual modifications to the plate
- quickly choose the most suitable diameter for your tube
The package includes the following measurements referring to the internal diameters of the tube to be connected:

The tube insertion area is designed with spaced hose barb profiles, designed to:
✔ improve grip on the tube
✔ reduce the risk of slipping under pressure
✔ allow correct tightening of the clamp, which can work between the teeth without deforming the fitting
This geometry ensures a more stable and secure attachment even with soft tubes
⚠️ Printing Notes
To ensure reliable printing, the models include supports and small internal brim
✔ The supports are structural and necessary to correctly support the geometry during printing
✔ They are designed to ensure stability and good surface quality in critical areas
✔ There are also small internal brims, designed to:
- improve adhesion to the print bed
- reduce the risk of detachment during printing
- increase stability, especially in larger diameter parts
👉 After printing, supports and brim must be removed
👉 The supports are optimized for easy removal without compromising the part
After numerous tests, complete removal of supports did not allow for adequate model quality to be maintained
For this reason, they have been optimized and maintained to ensure precision, stability, and a better final result
⚠️ Warning
Not suitable for high pressure, hot water, or critical systems
To improve sealing, the use of PTFE (Teflon) tape is recommended when necessary
