Designed to be printed without supports. Just slice and print. Tolerances have been adjusted so that the walls remain firm even with reduced thickness.
Technical Description and Recommendations:
This model was designed with a complete focus on cost-effectiveness and functionality. I reduced the wall thickness to save filament while maintaining the necessary rigidity for daily use.
Print Settings:
* Layer: 0.28mm (Draft/Fast) works perfectly.
Infill: 15% Adaptive Cubic (provides excellent strength with low weight).
Tested Strength: Easily supports up to 2kg with these settings. For heavier loads, increase the infill percentage.
Assembly Tip (Important):
For the structure, I used PLA.
For the connecting pins, I strongly recommend using PETG. PLA can be too rigid and brittle for this function, while PETG offers the necessary flexibility for a secure fit.
If you want a permanent and extra firm attachment, a drop of super glue (super bonder) on the pins will do the trick.
