Description
Shower Caddy for Shower Rod with Drainage Base and Hooks
Practical 3D-printed shower caddy for attachment to a shower rod or existing shower rod holder. The caddy offers space for shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, or other bathroom items and makes much better use of the available space in the shower.
The bottom is equipped with drainage slots so that water can drain well and bottles do not stand in water permanently. Additionally, small hooks can be attached to the underside, for example, for washcloths, shower sponges, brushes, or razors.

Notes
The fit depends on the diameter of the shower rod or the existing holder. Please check the dimensions before printing and scale or adjust the model in the slicer if necessary.
For bathroom use, PETG is recommended as it is more moisture-resistant and temperature-stable than PLA. PLA can work, but is less ideal in consistently warm and humid environments.
Load-bearing capacity depends on material, wall thickness, infill, and print orientation. Please test carefully before permanent use.
Print Recommendation
- Material: PETG recommended
- Alternatively: PLA+, ASA, or ABS
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Walls: 3–5
- Infill: approx. 25–40 %
- Top/Bottom Layer: choose rather strong
- Supports: possibly needed depending on orientation
- For bathroom use: better print somewhat more robustly
