Description
The Problem Working with thin, bare metal crochet hooks for long periods can cause hand cramping and fatigue.
The Solution I designed this custom, low-profile handle to add some ergonomic thickness to a standard 3mm crochet hook.
Assembly Note: The "Tight Fit" I designed the internal hole tolerance to be extremely snug. You will need to push the hook in with a little bit of force. * This is intentional! The tight friction fit ensures the hook won't twist or pull out while you are working with tight yarn tension.
- Tip: If you are having trouble pushing it all the way in, you can gently heat the metal hook with a hairdryer or warm water before inserting it, which will soften the plastic just enough to slide in perfectly.
