I was trying to make it without AMS but the file falls apart and I can't put it back together, any help? I'm new. The logos, when I make them separately, become super fine and the cup falls apart as soon as I detach it

It is recommended to use AMS. If you do not have AMS, you can only print monochrome models.

to do it in layers, without AMS, no need to disassemble the file, go to the lid and set a color for it, then you slice and at the layer height that starts to do the logo, 26 and the trophy, you make a pause, the printer should pause at the layer and you change the filament
