Description
As a keen FPV pilot, the moment I saw this tiny frame for sale at just under €10, I knew I had to have it, so I purchased an AlfaRC Apex2 Frame
Upon its arrival, I noticed that the included TPU prints were not to my liking at all, so I decided to redesign them for better aesthetics and, more importantly, enhanced protection in the event of a crash
I aimed to preserve the original aesthetics while maintaining the featherlight nature of this frame. After numerous trials and attempts, I successfully created what I believe are the best protections for this drone, weighing only 6 grams in total
Among the improvements, I've better protected the motors with taller and thicker motor socks, added a more encompassing protection for the DJI 04 camera to absorb frontal impacts, and by completely isolating the camera from the frame, it experiences fewer stabilization problems due to gyro interference. Furthermore, a battery pad now almost completely covers the top, preventing batteries from slipping off

Update 13/06/26: Added a rear tail with VTX antenna support (for both 04 Lite and Pro) and an XT30 connector for tidier wiring and a more reliable battery connection
